Day 4 and I must say, eating healthier and trying to be fit seems to be easier than before because I have a goal in mind.
The Eats: Bowl of Cereal, 2 eggs scrambled, like 5 tiny pieces of pork chop, 1 corn with crab hut sauce, 5 shrimps, 5 mussels.
Exercise: None
Sleep: 6 hours + 30 minute nap
Weight: 184.8
