Day 3 - LATE!

Hello everyone. I forgot to take pictures yesterday :(

Weight: 185.0

Exercise: Back workouts (1 arm pull down machine, row back, 2 arm bull down machine, lower back machine, and another back machine, lowers abs, core)

Eats: Cereals, McChicken + small fries, 2 fish fellets, and a chipotle bowl.

Sleep: 5-6 hours!!!

I will definitely not forgot to take pictures anymore. So sad I didn't.
