Day 4

Day 4 and I must say, eating healthier and trying to be fit seems to be easier than before because I have a goal in mind.

The Eats: Bowl of Cereal, 2 eggs scrambled, like 5 tiny pieces of pork chop, 1 corn with crab hut sauce, 5 shrimps, 5 mussels.

Exercise: None

Sleep: 6 hours + 30 minute nap

Weight: 184.8

Day 3 - LATE!

Hello everyone. I forgot to take pictures yesterday :(

Weight: 185.0

Exercise: Back workouts (1 arm pull down machine, row back, 2 arm bull down machine, lower back machine, and another back machine, lowers abs, core)

Eats: Cereals, McChicken + small fries, 2 fish fellets, and a chipotle bowl.

Sleep: 5-6 hours!!!

I will definitely not forgot to take pictures anymore. So sad I didn't.

Day #2

Here it is. Day #2.

Weight: 188

Sleep: 4-5 hours.

Exercise: None (Does babysitting count?)

Eats: A bowl of cereal (Special K. Vanilla and Almonds)
        Half a bag of raw almonds (3.99 at vons!)
        2 Fish fillets I bought at costco
        1 star bucks frap in those small glass bottles.

Reset Challenge! Picture Day!

A text to Nate asking about essentials turned into a new years resolution. I did not have any resolutions for the year because I just wanted to do things as they come and then plan. Nate told me about the reset challenge and the winner gets an amazing prize. I'm excited and willing to do what it takes to win. Here are some picture of me as I start the challenge.
